WOMEN'S FITNESS BLAST
WHAT IS OUR FITNESS BLAST?
Our fitness blast is designed to get your heart pumping. Our 12 week course for women combines strength training on as well as body weight-based, functional movements. Several factors can show how fit we are in terms of our cardiovascular ability, including our heart rate and breathing while exercising. Cardio interval training can help strengthen your heart and improve your circulatory system.
While the class is designed to make you sweat, the fitness blast is a non-judgemental environment where you can get a full-body workout no matter your fitness level. With the support of Angela Miller and a community of women, YOU CAN ACHIEVE ANYTHING!
