WHAT OUR MIXED FITNESS CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR

We have found that those in full time employment
find Fitness and Martial Arts a really good release of energy and focus that helps them to goal set.


Our mixed fitness classes are designed for all ages and genders to come and relieve stress and work on their fitness in a fun and exciting new way . No matter if a beginner or a athlete everyone is welcome.

WHAT EACH CLASS IS ABOUT 

The training sessions are challenging and comprise a mix
of strength and cardio exercise as well as incorporating other aspects of martial arts into the class such as
kickboxing and boxing .


This ensures our lessons remain fun and interactive throughout the duration whilst able to modify the intensity dependent on your current fitness level and able to slowly increase the intensity the more your fitness increases!!
