This class enables Kids to learn the basics of kickboxing and fitness workouts; whilst also having fun. 10+ years Classes are.. Mondays 4.45pm Wednesdays 5.30pm Saturdays 11.45am The kids get the opportunity to further there skills in either professional Kickboxing where there will be able to spar and fight entering competitions.
