The Sports Performance Centre has been created through collaborative workings between martial artists to provide our customers with the opportunity to take part in different fitness and martial arts classes under one roof.
The sports performance centre has been founded by Del Sampson, WKU England President - widely respected coach and creater of European and World Champions.
We cater for all ages and experience levels, priding ourselves on being a leading centre within the Midlands, ensuring we put your satisfaction and enjoyment at the forefront of all our decisions.
At the Sports Performance Centre, we strive for a completely holistic approach to well-being, ensuring an alignment between the body and the mind.
We currently offer a range of martial arts and boxing classes, however, we hope soon to be able to offer classes in core muscle stability, stretching and meditation - such as pilates and yoga.
LATEST NEWS
You may have noticed that a few tweaks have been made here and there across our site. For instance, there are now new categories of products availible for purchase from our store - from sparring gear to drinks and refreshments, we have everything you might need to aid you on your martial arts journey.
