What is Kickboxing?
Known as a combination of Boxing and Karate, Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport involving both punches and kicks.
Kickboxing is practised for a variety of reasons including self-defense, general fitness or with the intention of competing.
Predominantly, there are 3 disciplines within Kickboxing: Points Fighting, Light Contact and Full Contact.
