We are proud to introduce our new fitness classes on a Saturday Morning. 

Ladies Fitness Class

Ready to get working on your summer body? Wanting to meet some new friends? Want to workout but not sure what to do or where to start?

Let us introduce you to our Ladies Only Fitness Class.

Take part in a fun fitness class designed to get you working hard, taken by our World Champion Kickboxers, Tammy and Jodie.

With a variation of activities including:

  • Cardio

  • Weights

  • Box-Fit

  • Circuits

  • Skipping

  • Step Machines and Rowing Machines

Veterans Only Fitness Class - 35 years +

Here at the Sports Performance Centre, we want to make sure everyone feels included by catering to all abilities, genders and age-groups.

This helped us to form the Veterans Only Fitness Class for those 35 years and above.

Get yourself working with others of a similar age and push yourself to your own limits, we believe its never too late to start training!

Our Facilities Include:

  • Fully Matted Workout Spaces

  • Variety of Punch Bags

  • Focus Mitts

  • Strike Shields

  • Free Weights including Slam Balls, Power-bags, Dumbbells, Barbells and Kettlebells.

  • Skipping Ropes / Ladders / Cones

  • Plyometric Boxes

  • Treadmill, Rowing Machine, Step Machine, Cross-Fit Machine

  • Mirrored Workout Areas

  • Fully Air-Conditioned

  • Fully Licensed & Experienced Coaches
